Thanks for the compliments. Very talented group of students 1st semester to be sure. Can hardly wait to see what 2nd semester students do. First semester set the bar very high, no doubt!

The website has been up and running since October. Scott Cook was our first featured artist and presently it is Sam Patchett. Any art student presently in one of my classes that checks out the website and posts an approved blog regarding the work, the pages, etc. will receive extra credit. Thanks for checking out what we're doing and giving our artists some encouragement.

Great web site Ms. Cordier. Let your kids know that the art work that I am seeing is amazing. They are setting a high bar for the expectations for their age group. Keep up the hard work Olivet High students.

Ms. CordierI presently teach high school art at Olivet Community Schools after teaching middle school art for 10 1/2 years. I 've also taught art methods courses at Olivet College. I earned my Bachelors Degree at Central Michigan University and my Masters Degree in Art Education from Western Michigan University.
